Just enjoyed an incredibly relaxing weekend staying here. The cottage could not have been more comfortable & homely and was in the ideal location for enjoying long walks right from the doorstep (great when you have 2 very active dogs to keep entertained) and escaping from the daily grind. Friendly neighbours who were happy to stop and have a chat made it even more welcoming. If you are staying here it's worth having dinner in the Ty Gwyn Inn in Betws-y-Coed, incredible food and very reasonably priced - and that's from somebody in the catering trade! All in all - perfect!!! Will definitely be back.

The cottage is located on the edge of beautiful woodland so we have thoroughly enjoyed loads of fabulous forest walks right on our doorstep. There are many picturesque places to visit nearby and we would all like to stay at Tros-Yr-Afon again soon.

A really really good location for walkers and dog walking - our two dogs slept every night they were that tired! A nice, friendly cottage full of charm!

this location is ideal for anyone who loves the views , the walks ,also the walks into the forrest, it is so easy to use as a perfect base to travcel all around the area.
